Jo is a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience working within different sectors of the NHS. Jo is currently working within a specialist CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Service, supporting neurodivergent children and young people, with complex presentations and mental health needs. Jo also provides neurodevelopmental assessments for autism and ADHD.
Jo is passionate about working with people and aims to complete holistic assessments of individual’s needs, to understand key barriers to engagement in occupations, and to a give consideration of differential diagnosis. Jo has a keen interest in understanding sensory processing differences and how these might impact on individual’s overall function to allow for appropriate adaptations and support.
