Our Approach at The Lotus Psychology Practice

We take a collaborative, formulation-led approach, working with you to understand your experiences in context. This allows us to develop a structured, evidence-based and personalised plan for support. All of our Psychologists are HCPC-registered and have completed a doctorate level degree, with further training in multiple evidence-based assessment and therapeutic interventions. All therapeutic interventions are informed by scientific research and are and in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence guidelines.
