Evidence-Based Parenting Course

Helping You Understand Your Child. Understand Yourself. Parent With Confidence.

Parenting is one of the most rewarding experiences in life. It can also be one of the most challenging. Many parents tell us they feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice. They worry they are getting it wrong. They wonder why strategies that work for one child seem ineffective for another. Our Parenting Course has been developed by Clinical Psychologists to help you make sense of your child's behaviour, understand your own responses, and build practical, evidence-based skills that support your family long after the course has finished.

Why This Course is Different

Lots of parenting advice focuses on managing behaviour. We believe lasting change begins with understanding. Rather than offering a list of techniques, we help you understand why children behave the way they do, how relationships shape development, and how your own experiences influence your parenting.

By understanding both yourself and your child, you can respond with greater confidence, consistency and compassion.

Developed and led by Lead Clinical Psychologist, Dr Morvwen Duncan, who has worked at the Child & Parenting Team at Great Ormond Street Hospital and has extensive  expertise in child development, attachment, neurodevelopment and family relationships.

Evidence-based throughout, drawing on developmental psychology, neuroscience and proven parenting approaches rather than trends or opinion.

Understand the 'why' behind behaviour, helping you respond with confidence rather than relying on guesswork.

Focus on both parent and child, recognising that parenting begins with understanding ourselves.

Build stronger relationships, creating secure, connected foundations that support children's emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Learn at your own pace, with flexible online modules, reflection exercises and downloadable resources.

Created from real clinical experience, translating the knowledge we use every day in therapy into accessible guidance for parents.
